Licensed Medical Esthetician

 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years of hands-on experience, formal laser training and experience, and preferably an existing clientele. The role requires expertise in advanced skincare treatments, laser therapies, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of medical esthetic treatments, including but not limited to chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and customized facials.
• Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, IPL, Alma laser platform with erbium, Diolite, Mixto CO2 laser and other FDA-approved procedures.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and follow-up care.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions.

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician License (State-specific requirements may apply).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics.
• Formal laser certification and hands-on experience with laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments.
• Ability to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong existing clientele is highly preferred.
• Have effective time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize the daily duties.
• Sales and product knowledge to recommend skincare regimens.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Marketing of personal skills
• Travel between our locations; South Denver and Lone Tree.

Schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and ½ Fridays
• Approximately 25-32 hours per week with growth potential
